Drill Rod Handling System
Description
Drill rods are used in rotary towers for geological boring. They connect the drilling head with its drive.
The drill rods are connected with threads at their ends which are machined in several steps on special thread machining heads.
NOBAG Nobs Engineering AG designed and manufactured the handling system for transporting the rods from machining head to machining head.
